On the "Resource Summary" page I was wondering how the Taxation Bonus % is derived?

Taxation may either be a bonus or a malus - at a 0% tax rate, you receive a Bonus = 25%. Each tick upward in taxes takes 1 tick off the bonus so that at 25% tax, you have neither resource bonus or malus. Each tick upward in tax rate above 25% will cause a 1 tick malus to resource production.
