I was away for a bit. I forgot to extend +20% prestige for food in one of my 30K cities. When I got back the food was 0 and around -2K in red. Not a single building collapsed? My conclusion is that deleveling is turned off. Are we back on the old ways of 0% production, negative food, huge amounts of money exploits?

Indeed we are Bonaparta. It has been noted for quite a while now (possibly since the NPC update), though not advertised publicly for obvious reasons... petitions are unanswered, as ever. |
