Bu.AbbY (suspended) has been removed from VALAR and his cities will be dealt with by our members, we do not consider any of them fair game for non-alliance members at this point.

and I thought suspended players are fair game for anybody...isn't that right?

A suspended account not member of any alliance is obviously a fair game for whoever wants their cities.

Taelin, if you want the locations, keep him in your alliance and get someone to siege him for you, other wise good luck!
