As a training alliance officer, a question I get often is 'Where do I go from here?' There are a lot of alliances in Illy that will gladly take on members from a training alliance, but how does the aspiring Newb find one they will fit into without going through the plethora of alliances we have here? Wouldn't it be grand if we had a list of prospective alliances in our training alliance forums that the Newb could use to seek a new home? If you head an alliance that appreciates the time a Newb spends in a training alliance and will be willing to review and accept appropriate applications to your alliance, please respond to this post with your alliance name, I will take those posts and format a list to pass out to interested training alliances. It is understood that this list will not be all inclusive and advice to Newbs to do a thorough search for an alliance that fits them will be included, but it will go a long way to helping these players find their place in Illy! ------------- ~~Marquesta Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them... |

Crows Nest and the Snugglers Crowalition (HUGS) are always delighted to get training alliance graduates. Contact (EOM)Harry, Cookieman or Rill for Crows Nest or Ryelle for HUGS. Both alliances are part of the Crow confederation, and members may choose any path in Illy, including military, magic, trade, diplomacy, etc.

Grudgebearer [GRUJ] are open to recrutiment. GRUJ is not a training alliance but provides: " Mutual support in trading, training in game-tactics, support reaching self sufficiency, defence against diplomatic and military attacks, well considered Confederates/ N.A.P.s; and freedom to play 'Your Game-Your Way'...providing you stay within the Alliance Charter. Not to mention the occasional extremly funny joke on alliance chat." Not an alliance leader, but I know how I picked. Talk to people in GC for a few days. If you find people you really click with, join that alliance. The biggest differences I've seen in the alliances me and my alt have been in have been created by the general personalities of the active members. Hope it helps! Jane DM

~Knights Virtue~ is looking to spread our influence into Meilia and Norweld. We already have some small clusters in the area and have a solid foundation in Kal Tirikan.
