I know this has been mentioned before and the Devs said they had it fixed. For some people it may be but for myself it isn't. I've been puzzling on why that should be and think I know why.

I use windows 7 and Chrome, but the game writing is too small so I run it with Ctrl + once.

I can only assume making the view larger is why I still have an irritating time 'fiddling about' with the mouse arrow to make it show the info at the bottom of the pop up window [research]

Is there any chance you could make the bottom 3 tiers pop upwards instead of downwards as this would solve the problem
