I wrote a mail and got the hang screen when I tried to send. When I tried to refresh I was kicked back to the login and now I get

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to elgea.illyriad.co.uk

will try closing and reopening browser.

I can't get on either. I was on it fine til 7am UK time, but now google is saying the server is down.

Hope they fix it soon. I love illyraid :)

Facebook have broken their authentication system with their latest code push. They are working to resolve this. Meanwhile we are see if we can find a work around - thank you for your patience.

If you are logged into Facebook this can cause issues. We will hopefully have this resolved shortly.

I'm one of the FB members that can't log in to the game. Is there an alternate means to log in or do I just need to be patient?

I was still able to login by going to Facebook (logged in) and then clicking on the Illyriad application in FB apps.

Try logging out of Facebook, and then signing in to Illy.

Im also unable to enter Illyriad and i have an account by facebook, as was asked before, its there anyother way to skip facebook and log as a regular user without facebook?, like my login and a password?

I never set up a password as I always used facebook to login. How can I set up a password so I can get in to play?

I still can't get on. It won't connect me via my facebook account. Something is broken.

Actually, I can't even FIND Illy in the facebook apps. What's going on?\

We have emailed a a password reset to all players who are only connected via facebook and have no password currently set.

This should allow you to log in while we resolve the issues.

I didnt get that email can you send it to underwateroasis@hotmail.com? That's the email account for this character.
