you better understand really good where you want to go first..
that is there exactly to prevent people like you to mindlessly teleport next to potentially dangerous and unwelcoming place.
may get a clue about factions, sov and travel times before moving.

yea Kilotov of DokGthung is right there are many things to avaluate after moving a city now i guess i made a mistake but never mind...
and there is also a teory that you might want to me in a 7 food mountain or any 7 food else...
for that you will have to exodus after the teleportation wich i don't think you can do at the moment once just researching it is 5 days :D
my point is:
this is a slow game a few more days will not be that hard i know you might want to have buildings and vans out but don't worry they will came home :P
and i guess there will be no choice in ending the newbie protection so enjoy it because i don't think you have the choice...

i thought if u sent a hostile action like attacking someone else with thieves or soldiers that "popped your bubble". Could be wrong tho. Still, u shouldnt really be considering moving within your first week!

No, you can't pop your bubble by sending a hostile action.  Those actions are simply not permitted while under new player protection.  For those who wish to move early on, I recommend reading this post:

yer reason are ok,cool to play whit a relative or close friend...
yet may advise to not teleport right in the backyard of a powerful faction or into prohibitive weather?

I was wondering is there a way to move before the noob protection ends i have played before and found the perfect spot to move to i know the alliance near it wont atk me and it might be taken before i can use my protection up

No, you have to wait until the end of the 7-day protection ends.  They added this condition to the moving spell after they added the ability to abandon accounts automatically, to prevent people from creating multiple accounts and moving cities to certain spots, then abandoning them, essentially using the cities as barriers to attack.  It has the additional advantage of giving first-time Illyrians some time to think before they move.  If you have found the perfect spot, I recommend you contact someone you previously knew in-game and seeing if they would be willing to park an army on it until you are able to move.  This may not be completely effective, but will increase your chances of success.
