Hi,

Ive just finished learning Principia Magica,

"The second milestone in developing your city's magic, you have uncovered more details about the nodes of power that circle the land. This skill unlocks a second School of Magic for your studious mages to pursue."

I was wondering is this figuratively speaking, so its just new skills, or is there a new building?

Geomancy / Blights / Runes are the 3 existing magic schools.
More will come later.

You just unlocked another school of magic you can research.
