About us:

The Long Road was originally Dark KNights founded by Iofilip, sadly Iofilip felt too dragged into illyriad and left, with his last remarks being he could now spend time watching a movie or being with friends.  Eternal Fire then took over as head of the alliance and renamed Dark KNights to the name it is today.

The Long Road aims to be an alliance that does not bury itself in allies it rarely converses with or throw itself into each and every war. It instead aims to be an alliance that grows to its full potential and makes lifelong allies and guards only its land, members and future.

Location:

Currently, the members of The Long Road are scattered across the map, however with choosing between the members of the time period, an alliance site A has been chosen in Northern Ursor.  It was chosen due to low colonization which in turn allows members to lay claims to lands without too much compettion among third parties. As time goes on new alliance Sites will be opened and added into here.

Member Protection: 

We here feel that we should be entitled to land, without having to declare war on a third party to achieve it.  We will make any anouncement of land claims of large magnitude to the illyriad forums and onto global chat to alert the populace of the situation. 

However, we do not take kindly to our members being attacked, either due to land claims or any other reason. Should a member be attacked and the source of the attacker is found, the aggressor will be punished by means of diplomatic or military action, if the aggressor is in a alliance, communications will emerge from leadership to leadership to try to find an action that appropriately disciplines the aggressor.

Member Rules:

Absolutely no spamming Alliance or Global Chat

Act respectfully to all members and players.*

Do not beg for resources in global chat or on the forums, ask for resources only in here if a member

Do not go inactive past fourteen days without alerting the Watcher or a Guardian, if past fourteen days without notification the player will be demoted.*

Do not join the alliance just for resources, be it advanced or basics.

No getting on other members profiles and attempt/Succeed in ruining their reputation*

If a member fails to follow these rules he or she may be demoted or kicked from the alliance depending on the number of violations. if a member violates the rules at least three times , the member will be demoted. If the member continues to violate alliance rules after demotion, the member will be kicked out of the alliance.

If the alliance member is of the lowest rank and can not be demoted she or he gets kicked out automatically for breaking a more serious rule, those serious rules have an Astrix "*" after them.
