Sometimes when I have a building I want completing before I get home from work I log into Illy from my phone using 3G (or better, which is rarely available) but as my phone network is a popular fruit and is about as useful as one, I rarely get a decent signal, let alone a decent data connection.

One thing I've found that helps my ability to login while on the move is to disable both chats before I leave my PC and enable them when I return again, which is a bit of a pain in the arse and I sometimes forget so I thought about a mobile "version" of the site (I know the normal version works just fine, I mean more a dynamic version).

As some people won't agree or won't find this useful, it would be nice if we could have this placed in account options.

When using a mobile browser disable (one, both, all (for upcoming chats)) chat windows. *(Reduces load time greatly)*
When using a mobile browser reduce the amount of notifications in the side bar to (dropdown (3, 5, 10)). *(We can find this information if we need it, it doesn't need to be loaded all the time)*
When using a mobile browser go straight to the town view and bypass the Herald. *(Takes FOREVER to load on a poor connection)*
When using a mobile browser link to the non-mobile browser version for people who have a decent connection. *(not really an option, more a suggestion)*

It would also be nice to remove the pointless background behind the buttons at the top of the page, I'd like to see that gone in all views but hey ho, I know I'm just knit picking here ;-)

Thinking about this also lead me onto the fact that when I sign in with my PC, some things also gripe me a little:

An option to always expand the chat windows (popout) would be great, even greater if we could remember the position of those popouts. I can fit both chats off to the side of the main gaming area one above the other, it's annoying having to re-set this every time I log in.
Do we really need an email that quest items have been delivered (which is BLANK)? Two emails per quest AND a notification in the side bar and the notification "tab".. What?! Overkill.

I know chat is being worked on so perhaps the popout windows are also being tweaked but it all ties in.

Thoughts puh-lease.

I lolled!

I connect only via PC;
avoiding chat windows reset would be nice, but not so annoying imo.
Point 2. I definetely agree with, it is overkill, yes.
