DevBlog, OpenId and various fixes

DEVELOPER BLOG
We now have an  http://blog.illyriad.co.uk/" rel="nofollow - Illyriad Developer Blog  : "Beneath the Misted Land". This is where we will be sharing our musings, dev tips, press releases and whatnot. Posts made here will automagically be pushed out to the  http://twitter.com/illyriad" rel="nofollow - Illyriad twitter .

OPENID
New and existing players can use the  http://uk1.illyriad.co.uk/Account/Register" rel="nofollow - Register New Player  page to sign up (or link) their account using their Google, Yahoo, AOL, myOpenID, OpenId, Wordpress, LiveJournal, Blogger, Verisign, ClaimId, ClickPass or Google Profile accounts - which means you can use this linked account to sign into Illyriad without having to remember the finicky details of user name and password.

BOUNCING TAX COLLECTORS
A bug whereby tax collectors either en route to or returning from a player who has left (or been kicked) from the alliance would "eternally bounce" between locations has been fixed.  If the player isn't in the alliance when the tax collectors arrive at either end, these newly-fanatical collectors kill themselves to avoid the eternal shame of their taxation failure.

NEGATIVE CARAVAN COUNT
A bug which allowed players to accept trades when they had no caravans available to carry the gold  - and therefore allowed them to have (-1) Caravans in their town - has been resolved.

FOUND ALLIANCE
When trying to found an alliance, if unsuccessful, it now gives you the reason why. This should make it a less tricky business.

HOSTILE MESSENGERS
Messengers should no longer appear as hostile units on the map

GENDER CHOICE ON SIGN-UP
We've made some changes which will mean there are less gender reassignments occurring on sign-up.
