If I have a driving away rune (like Rune of Terror) active and I’ve already develop Interrogation, can I find out who sent some thieves to my city without having any thieves of my own?

And if I have a destroying rune and I have thieves of my own. If the rune destroys all the thieves can I find out who sent them?

no to both questions - you need to capture a live one to interrogate.
