I am starting a list of locations that will be beneficial to new players to move to.  Note:  this means that these locations are meant to be relocated to, not to be settled on.  If you find a location that you think may be helpful, post it here, along with the race that it would most suit, as well as any requirements (Confed with a certain alliance, and so on).

I'll start off with:

303/267
Human, orc
Requirements:  Confederation with CoK, [ + ]

Can I just point out that although this square is by no means a bad square, there are other squares around which are better? Also, you have to take into account what the new player WANTs, and the only nearby decent sovs are to do with adv res. Therefore, you're not giving the poor newbie much to play with.
Thirdly, that square is extremely close to a very large player called Ciku, who is probably going to hog the res spot, the NPCs, the sovs..... As a rule you don't want to be near a big player as a newbie unless you're in their alliance- which brings me onto point 4.
How many new players are actually going to make use of this square, since has been said a thousand and one times to consider carefully before moving AND choosing an alliance? I doubt many people are going to end up confederated with us before moving, so they'd be going out of their way to go to this square. Bit pointless IMO.
I'm not saying this is a bad idea, I'm saying that the square you've chosen is not ideal.
