Sovereignty in queue which should finished reaching 100% still rising :( I don't know if others have the same problem with unfinished sovereignty and with indicator above % rising.

yep, everyone is have that problem, same with quests, just no GMs have been around to fix it. *shakes fist* :P

Hi all,

Sovereignty upgrade/downgrade processing and Quests (plus Buddy programme prestige referral credits and expired prestige bonuses) should all be back on track now.

Apologies for the issue; still looking into what caused it.

I'll get to the Petition queue on these issues over the next hours.
