The server seems to be down. I can access the first screen, but my city details don't come up. Others have posted elsewhere on the forums that they are having the same issue. GMs, Illy staff, please help! Rill

try deleting your internet cache. I did that and it worked for me, no clue if that did it or not though :P |

Still not working for me  lol it only works on Internet explorer for me (with I hardly use anymore, Go Google Chrome :D)

I just updated to firefox 3.6 something and its workin. Dunno if its the update or the server. stock login = logging in using the normal illi page, not FB. |

I am using google chrome. When I log in I can see the resource bar but the rest of the game does not load. None of buttons on the resource bar function except forum access. |

I'm logged in fine (don't dare to log out and in again, though), but I'm having some other problems now:
The pop-up window is now locked in the upper left side of the screen.
When I type in chat, I have to hit "enter" twice before it will send my message. Also, I can't type out my long stories and hit "enter" and just go about my business while the chatbox catches up and sends my message to chat, I now have to go back to the chatbox when all my words are showing and THEN hit enter, twice!

All issues we are aware of other than having to click twice on enter or use "send" to post chat messages in IE are resolved.
Please raise an in game petition if you experience any other issues. |
