Wow, this is weird. I can connect to the forum but not the main site/game itself?

Anyone know what the problem could be?

I found something that fixed it for me. I went to http://www.illyriad.co.uk/press/Reviews and logged in from there. Smile

I opened a support ticket with our hosting company just to get them to have a look and see if they could let me know.

It turns out the problem was with Global Crossing - one of the http://www.globalcrossing.com/network/network_interactive_map.aspx" rel="nofollow - web's larger backbone providers, and one of their major routing tables having some (unspecified) issues that affected a number of ISPs in their peering relationship.

Anyway, it's apparently now sorted itself out, but this still might take some time to propagate round teh interwebz.

Just one of those internet things I'm afraid...

Regards,

SC

From our hosting provider:

"The status is now removed as the problem is resolved.

It turned out there where actually 3 unrelated issues. 02 (owner of the Be unlimited brand) had problems with there network meaning all of their customers could not reach our network, As did KPN an ISP in the netherlands. As well as this Globalsign our main transit provider had some routing issues for international traffic.  Globalsign tell us the problems are resolved now."

If any users have any further problems, please let us know in the forums.

Regards,

SC
