Hi - sorry but I can't login to the game from Facebook or anywhere else. After I choose which player account I'm using it changes to what should be my Herald page and stops. None of the links on the top bar work, not even the logout arrow.
This suddenly occured while I was playing on Thursday afternoon my time. I have had no access since then.
I tried to file a petition at http://uk1.illyriad.co.uk/#/Player/Support and see exactly the same problems.

I had some facebook issues too; but they seemed to clear up once I deleted my browser cache and cleared cookies.

Ive experienced that too at one point, it had to do with my login cookie actually messing my login up. I switched over to www.oldillyriad.co.uk for a while and it solved itself. Other than that you can just try and remove your cookies (tho I know that kinda sux if you have a million passwords.)

another option to try is simply log out of facebook, then while that is logged out use a normal game link to login to the game. Worked for me when I had problems. It was the fb linking that messed mine up.

This puzzled me since it occured over three different computers. I was finally able to access the game by completely clearing the cache and cookies, plus logged out of Facebook.
For this reason I would suspect it was a Facebook issue more than a computer or game issue.
Thanks for the suggestions.
One thing though - does anyone from the dev's read these posts? No one has sent me any messages to help me get access.
