From what was said in the herald about this quest I would assume that we will have to do the statue mystery chain for every settlment that we have.

I'd like to suggest that In the mysteries page a link appears when we get each clue then the name takes the place when we solve the clue.

This is mainly for the benifit of larger players because if we have 6 or more towns, we can immediatly know which statues we have visited that give a name but the ones that give a clue we have to search through our inbox or visit the statue again if we're not sure a town has obtained the clue yet
