Updates (22MAR):

Resource bar quicklinks

Clicking on the resource icons in the top resource display produces short cuts to various related actions with these resources.

Newly added quicklinks are:

Gold: Adjust tax rate
Mana: Cast spells
Research: Start Research, Convert books to research

In game mail

The issues with some in game mail overflowing its display area and being unintelligible is now fixed.

Other changes will be applied as part of the update and enhancements to the in game mail. Add any suggestion and enhancement requests to the http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/email-interface_topic155.html - email forum thread .

Army Commanders

The occasional giant buttons in upgrade commanders have be reduced to a more resonable size.

The cross icons, indicating that the particular skill cannot currently be increased explains why in a tool-tip when you mouse over. An example of the reason might be that the pre-requisite research has not been done.

World Map

The compass rose and zoom buttons have had tool-tips added to explain what they do.

You can use the compass rose; on the bottom right of the map, to move the world map by an entire page at the current zoom level.
