Would it be possible for in the future raid caravans traveling down the world map?
Like you see a caravan traveling across the map, you place you army on a square you think it will land and if it lands on your square you have a percentile ability to capture the caravan and intercept the goods?
I know there is a skill already called blockade, but i don't want to have to have my army constantly blockading the target city, with the risk of losing my army at the same time.
Can someone give this idea some consideration>?
best wishes,

Patrols, ambushes and caravan escorts have all been mentioned by the devs and are hopefully going to be introduced in the future. As well as caravans being attacked by factions and monsters.

That sounds an interesting idea... I once had the fleeting thought of a similar idea, but intercepting armies too... It would add a new depth to the game in a sense though, but i don't know how difficult it would be to implement in the game...

for this to happen the devs would have to stop all movements being visible. cos how would you know about a caravan travelling miles away from you. if you had outposts or maybe can see "X squares" around your city, then could work

Idk, ive just scrolled around the world map and seen caravans zooming around, you could follow it it a bit and figure out its trajectory. make the tracking bit easier
