I would like to be able to scout these. I can send caravans and armies but not diplomatic units? Before I go and clear out that army I want to know who owns it... |

Weird. It's like you're in my head or something  I'm working on allowing scouting reports for occupying/sieging/blockading (ie static) armies as we speak. Spies, thieves and saboteurs won't interact with occupying armies. I'm still undecided about assassins.
