 I found a new discovery today through a diplo quest. I t was the 1st part of a 3 parter (I think it was Golden Apple Tree).
Inquisitive Populace Discovery
A useful discovery that enables you to instill a certain curiosity in your citizenship, particularly when applied to foreigners approaching your lands. This discovery slightly increases the distance at which inbound, hostile diplomatic missions become visible in your town - giving you more time to prepare for their arrival.
