I have searched but found no info on this subject

I have seen some people have "trade" and "peace" were it says Powerbloc to me. How can you get it to change?

What actions are required?

Hi Dr-R,

The relationships between You and:
  • your own cities,
  • other cities from players within your own alliance, and
  • other cities with whom you have a Confederation pact
are regarded as part of a 'Powerbloc'.  ie, they're very, very happy together and are treated as if they were part of a Confederation in terms of how you can and cannot interact with them.
