The D'haran have recently set up a training alliance called the D'haran alliance 2.
The idea for this alliance is to train new players/ those with low populations.
We offer instruction in how to mange your towns and armies.
The alliance has no tax charge and is under the protection of the D' Haran alliance.
Contact myself Lord Loss for an invite.

If you do join we will teah everything we know and then we'll send you onto the Senior D'haran alliance.

Look forward to working with all of you.

Don't you think you guys are rushing things a bit?  I mean, many of you would be considered Trainees in my alliance, and all of you would be considered new players by Toothless?  My advice is to wait until you have more sure footing in the game, then start your training alliance.  Right now, I'd just build a training rank in your own alliance.

Well good luck to you and I am glad to see that someone accepted your offer to be their training alliance. Also, I am with SRG on this one.

I'm actually  John Marston , i've been playing this game for about 3 months so I wouldn't really be a trainee player .....

Shoot, I've been playing for 9 months and I was classified as a Neophyte just a couple of months ago!

Personally, I don't get the concept of "training alliance".  Any alliance that is open to new recruits is always training someone, somehow.

I understand how an alliance will get close to full and so it creates a sister alliance...this makes sense to me.

But in an alliance, players tend to establish personal relationships.  So when a trainee is ready to graduate, then he has to separate from his new friends...this strikes me as odd.  Oh well, each to his own.  :)

it is an intersting idea, your using the training alliance to maximise possible recruits by offering two different "branches" of alliances. one for more experienced players and one for lesser experienced, new players and such.

Exactly, and when the new players become more experienced they will move onto the D'haran empire 1. So i really think its very good for new players to learn about the game in a carefree and fun environment!

i would suggest having your alliance area near the d'haran alliance area. i undertsand they are located in kul tar.  that way the players won't be far apart from one another
