Have researched Bloodlust and want to increase a Commanders Divisional Sword bonus greater than the current 10% but it has the  mark noting 'Research Bloodlust'.Do I have to increase or research something else to allow allocating bonus attack over the 10% point? |

Lvl 10 is the max. You can't level that "skill" anymore. ------------- MrA |
