I've always been curious how to do so, sooo how do you "people in general" make a wesbite?
like if i wanted a website that has top reviews for all the mmo's and has the ability to add video to it. how?

Well none were sucessful.  You cant really make the name catchy because you have to have: .webs.com after it.
