The Enemies of D'Haran allies will feel the vengeance of the entire empire.

Join the empire or fall beneath the feet of the army. We stand united against the armies that march to take our lands and remove our freedoms. We unite to rid the lands of tyranny and prosper in peace.

The armies of D'Hara will unite to create a force for good that will shield the empire from all outsiders.

We are the steel against steel.

Members of the D'Haran Empire are free to do as they please so long as they do not tarnish the name of the Empire. Traitors are treated as enemies.

Anyone is welcome to join the Empire, just contact Gratch or any other D'Haran member.

When you join, make sure to check out the alliance forums, this is where you can update on certain aspects to do with the alliance and inform other members of problems. This is also where you may choose your role in the alliance (everyone is required to choose a role or remain as civilian). Each role has a description of the duties it involves.

Anyone wanting to join, please remember that we wish all members to remain active. In the Alliance forum you can inform of any reasons you may not be active. Those who are inactive for 2 weeks will be kicked from the alliance. But if you are kicked and restart being active by all means rejoin! Any problems, contact Gratch

What enemies?  Outsiders?  Is this Panis Rhal's Dhara or Richard's?

Panis Rahl or Richard's? But Panis Rahl's wasn't shown in the books even... Darken Rahl's was...

I'd like to say this a post Richard D'Hara, one keeping to his general idea though. The Enemies are those who choose to be enemies. This alliance is against those who would be against the members of this alliances' freedoms to play how they wish to play.

Hopefully that explains well enough for you

Darken Rahl continued the legacy of a rule established by Panis (or so we assume in the absence of any information about a grandfather).  I just think the tone of speech sounds a little more consistent with pre-Richard ideals.

So this alliance writes its own rules and dares the rest of Illy to stop them?

If so, how is this alliance different from TMM?

The battlefield is a scene of constant chaos. The winner will be the one who controls that chaos, both his own and the enemies.

Panis was in a short story called "Debt of Bones", although he never actually said anything.

Ok to clear up a few things;

Upon re-reading the descripton, it comes off a bit worse than planned. The alliance is more in-line with Richard's ideas. A unification of the lands which could not defend themselves. Not a conquest of them. As such I will, when I get the time change the description.

Also, this alliance is in no way geared to conquest and in no way militarily aggressive. It is meant entirely to protect those who wish to join and create a community alliance one who can talk, help each other and request stuff from one another.

If you saw the first post i made in the alliance thread it probably explains it better than here...

I am sorry if I gave the wrong picture, but the alliance is in no way aiming for the same as TMM.

Noone is forced to join. It is an option that will not be met with force if you refuse and the alliance is also open to NAP and confederations with others.

Hopefully this explains things better and no longer gives the alliance a bad name it doesn't deserve...

Gratch,

Thanks for clearing that up.  There for a while, I thought you were saying your alliance is "above the law".  I, for one, am very happy to hear that this is not the case.  Clap

Ok this is the current updated description, should read alot better than the old (thanks to Con for clearing it up):

The Enemies of D'Haran allies will feel the vengeance of the entire empire.

We stand united against the armies that march to take our lands and remove our freedoms. We unite to rid the lands of tyranny and prosper in peace.

The armies of D'Hara will unite to create a force for good that will shield the empire from all outsiders who wish us harm.

We are the steel against steel.

Members of the D'Haran Empire are free to do as they please so long as they do not tarnish the name of the Empire. Traitors are treated as enemies.

Rules:  Do not insult Alliance members

        Do not taunt other alliances

If at any time you send an army to attack a enemy, and start a war. You will be kicked out of the alliance, and shall receive no support.

The Empire is trying it's best to be international and accept anyone regardless of language. As such we are recruiting anyone with a good language skill to help us communicate with our foreign allies. Languages the empire knows currently:

English - Native speaking

German -Native Speaking

Greek - Native Speaking

Portuguese - Native Speaking

Spanish - Moderate

Finnish - Moderate

In my brief time in Illy I have never seen a copy of the rules, where do I find them?

Thanks Rill, but I don't think those are the rules that were being referred to. But I could be wrong.
