At the moment, specialised military units are stuck in the city they were given to. I would like to be able to buy and sell these units at hubs or even give them to other players, ie have proper mercenaries. I understand that just allowing transfers could unbalance the game in terms of allowing much faster army renewal and assembling much larger armies. However this risk could easily be mitigated by making mercenary units MUCH more expensive to maintain. We might also get some larger engagements.

I propose that this be allowed in a limited way for awarded units to start with. Trading ordinary troops can be left for the moment.
