Greetings people of Illy. Iron is looking to expand our roster with a few roles so that the team can thrive with activity once again. I need your help! I'm looking for 3 committed players of any size or history to fill some select roles. We are also accepting general applicants.
Iron is an alliance that specializes in gameplay that allows to players within the team to thrive individually and as a whole. We are known for steadfast commitment to being involved in global politics, economics, and engagements alike. We participate in all aspects of play: War, Trading, Farming, Role Playing, Diplomacy, Magic, Mysteries, ECT. All players in Iron have a voice and will be represented within the alliance by themselves. As a whole we are a close knit team that has a lot of trust in each other from years of gameplay together. Where a teammate may actually have saved towns of yours before. Or performed your duties at nighttime for 10 years as a sitter because you wanted to sleep at night, and vice versa. We are always involved in things militarily, but it's not because we are not peace loving, it's because it's our goal to spread the peace to all of BL. The roles that Iron needs filled are:
Recruiter: We need someone full of energy and social to recruit new players and existing alike. Tasks: background checks, drug testing, recruitment, hr, gc representation Requirements: None required!
Military Coordinator: Iron needs a player to coordinate our large armies on our holy crusade across the lands. Tasks: Head of seige planning, defensive coordinator, troops and diplo tallying, scorecard Requirements: The want to kick the underworld out of the souls of our neighbors! You need to be willing to do many maths, mails, high rates of coordination.
Politician: We need a lawyer or something lol Tasks: Representation of Iron in internal and external channels, diplomacy, forum representation Requirements: words
Iron is taking applicants of any size, history, gender, identity, shape, nationality, color, race, ect. You must be willing to relocate near to our team and surround your towns with plains. Failure to do so may result in you getting razed. :P Our prior histories and past allegiances are put aside, as the want to grow within our community exceeds all past grudges. If you want to fill a role not mentioned here, you can! We allow our players to play the way the want to play, and there are many things on our nearly decade long banner that are being procrastinated. If you just want to hangout, war a little, not have any role commitment we are taking applicants for our general ranks as well.
No experience is needed, but you must have the want to play the game wholey as intended. Everyone gets a custom role named for them, a medal, free consultation, alliance support and a lifetime of friendship.
