New Additions/Changes (11MAR):
Resource bar
Clicking the resource icons on the top resource bar gives greater detail about that resource. As a bonus it also provides quick links to the various buildings that provide the production for those resources so you can jump straight into the production queue, and queue some up - or create bigger and better farms, quarries etc for those resources that auto generate.
World Map
Clicking on Towns now provides a quick link to see that player's profile and ranking position.
New Additions/Changes (10MAR):
Server hiccup
There was a bit of a server hiccup, running from about 4pm till about 5.40pm today, where the Event queue got stuck. The Event queue handles all the ingame events as they happen, such as completing a building or a research task, or military/trade/diplomatic unit arrivals.

The bug that caused this has been tracked down and shot, the event queue restarted successfully, and then processed all the outstanding items in order (as it should).

We believe that no one should have "lost" anything that was frozen, but if you feel that you have lost something, please let us know via the Petition System.

We apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused by the stickage, and thank you for your patience whilst it was ongoing!

Protecting Resource via Trade Offers
Having seen some very peculiarly large and unfavourable trades being offered, we've worked out why they were happening!

This exploit no longer works. Resources offered for trade are considered valid targets for theft, but they continue to be protected by your Vault level.

In the event that a thief (or military attack) is successful, Trade Offer resources are now up for grabs. If the attack is succesful, and the amount stolen is not covered by your existing stockpile, Trade Offers containing the stolen resource(s) will auto-cancel, returning the resources back to the pool, to be stolen.

Defending players will receive a message to this effect ("Your Quartermaster had to cancel some trade offers to make up the difference").

Whilst we were in there, we also fixed the buglet that would report resources as being stolen, but then go on to say "There was nothing to steal that wasn't under lock and key" as well.

The code has been tested in a variety of scenarios, but - as you might imagine - this has been a substantial change to a hefty chunk of the Illyriad code (from Trade Offers to Diplomatic Outcomes to Military Outcomes) so we are gratefully any error report petitions (via the Support link on the left hand side of your screen) regarding *any* diplomatic, military or trade issues.
