Hi everyone,

Just FYI - our forum provider (based in Bournemouth, UK) experienced a mains power outage due to storm "Eunice". For those who don't know, this is the most powerful storm system to have hit the UK for many decades, with average wind speeds over 100mph and gusts recorded up to 122mph.

The mains power from Southern Electricity went out today at 1150 UTC and was restored at 2055 UTC. During this period, the forum servers and connectivity to the wider internet remained up, running on the backup generators, and you will hopefully not have experienced any forum outages during this period.

In the UK we're not used to hurricane-force winds, and I just want to give a good shout-out to our forum providers, WebWiz, for keeping everything running during this extreme weather event.
