Hi all,

Just FYI, no expected downtime, but recently got this notice from our hosting provider:

We will be replacing the capacitors on one of the UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems at our [redacted] data center next week. During this maintenance work, we will be transferring the critical power load to generator. We do not anticipate any impact to your service during this maintenance work.

Tuesday, January 18th 7am - 3pm EST

In Closing:

Preventive maintenance to all critical assets within our data centers is essential for Hivelocity to maintain service reliability. You should not anticipate any impact to your service from Hivelocity during this maintenance work.

Just letting everyone know in case everything goes black on Tuesday next week :)

Redacted data centers are better than normal ones since they exist in alternate realities where different laws of reality exist. By selecting the correct reality you can avoid a lot of the potential problems which can affect our reality such as critical shortages of gummi bears.
