What happened to these medals? It's nice to be able to control a territory for a few month, sure, but not getting a material reward is like climbing Mount Everest and not getting a picture of yourself at the summit!!! Did it ever really happen???

It looks like, now, in order to get what I feel is a token of achievement is to belong to one of the handful of alliances who have consistently claimed the top 3 places since the developer's instituted these seasonal tournaments.

Sure, your alliance's name will be on a list of past winner of that square but it is someplace that no one will look at. A medal, like a diamond, is forever!!! And can be displayed, with honor, on your profile for everyone to see.

It not a very time-consuming process to design a medal, why not make and award them? The developer's gave us the ability to delete them if we want, but how about giving us that option?
