I'm not sure but I think the account creation may have been disabled at least temporarily. I seem to recall that being mentioned elsewhere some time ago. The site itself can also be a bit intermittent at times but it is in my opinion well worth persevering with.

Ask in GC for the names of players who carry full information concerning Illy (tips and strategies) on their profile which will be useful.
