This is a problem for players that want to build cities

Please DEVS we need a spell or something to help with settler there is SOV i tried cant find it on map its not diplo based

I'm done building soon so wont need settlers now but many in illy could use settlers to build cities to be fair this needs looked at

The below link is where you make settlers. You can also click your castle then click settlers.
