Hello,

I have a bug with different guild's buildings (Herborist and skinner).
I can build more than one of these building, and cannot recruit specialist unit in my marketplace unit production. For example, right now I have two herbalist guild in my city, but can't recruit any herbalist.

Have you done the Herbalism research in that town? That is the research that enables training Herbalists.

No, and it was indeed the problem. Thank you.

So that mean that the fact that we can construct more than one guild of the same type in the same city is normal ?

yes - ok to build multiple guild buildings of the same type and allows you to build more of the respective type of harvester

As Asvenger said multiples of a guild building allows you to recruit more of a particular harvester. A quote from the description for the Herbalist Guild:
You may maintain one Herbalist per level of this building, and you may build more than one Herbalists' Guild in your town, allowing you to recruit and direct more Herbalists.

Each guild building supports one of the particular units per level until they are fully upgraded when an extra 10 can be supported meaning that a level 20 guild building can support 30 harvesters.

The Guild Record Keeping research can be used to increase the number of supported specialist harvesters supported:
The first Miner's Guild, the first Skinner's Guild and the first Herbalist's Guild building in your town may each recruit and support double the usual number of gatherer units. If you build more than one of the same building, only one (the largest) of each Guild benefits.

This means that if you upgrade both your Herbalist Guilds to lvl 20 you will be able to support 90 herbalists in that town.
