had receive medal from HOD'S by acident deleted can i get back

Do you not get it back when you collect the required amount of hearts again?

And i was just thinking about a new feature for the medals. Some very rare medals could give a small bonus. Like a recruiting speed, construction speed or att/def type bonus,... But only if the medal is active. Maybe add a cooldown/countdown to this effect to make it more fair if not everyone gets the medal.

You should be able get it back once you collect the required amount for the next level up
