Okay... A dumb question probably, but in my alliance, I have access to change the diplomatic status with other alliances.
The war is over, so I want to offer peace to two alliances that first declared war on us, but everytime I click "Offer Peace" in Diplomacy section, it does not get announced in the Herald. The alliance leader said he accepted the peace offer but on our alliance page we're still at war.
Am I missing something here? Is it because they declared the war first, they're the one who're supposed to offer us the peace (I mean, not morally, just gameplay-wise)?

try going to the diplomatic relationships page for the two alliances you're at war with and "withdrawing" the war. If that doesn't work or you can't understand what I'm saying(I'm horrible at explaining), just ignore the fact that you're still technically at war.

I'm positive I'm on the right page of Diplomacy section. I have this message:
There is already a peace offer on the table. If you offered it, you
must withdraw it before making a new offer. If you were offered it by
the other alliance, you must either accept or decline it before making
a counteroffer.
The other alliance leader said he didn't see any peace offer. Is this a bug?
EDIT: Okay we both offered peace. None of us sees it listed on Diplomatic Relationships. I reckon it's a bug, then.
