My troops "returned" from their attack a few minutes ago but they are stuck in limbo. It says
Yours, Returning Completed...
and the bar is at 100%

But this message never disappears and the troops are not in town. If I look at the map I see their icon right next to my town for a second or two then it disappears.

Joekewl... Something is messed up on the server right now. Stormcrow just responded to my petition on this same topic. They are looking into it.

Ok, I figured as much... its more than troops... production wont complete either.

Yep, pretty much anything that has a green bar status seems to get to 100% and stop without actually completing.

Server Event Queue got stuck. The issue is resolved, and afaik no one has lost anything (except a bit of waiting around for things to clear off).
