i am creating some useful addons for illyriad, for myself and my friends to enjoy, but i will post them here as i make them

The building lvl display looks good Baz - certainly easier to read for those of us with rubbish eyesight!

One slight glitch though. If you have to scroll your screen then the numbers stay in the original place while the map moves.

thanks, i will fix that soon, didnt think about that, didnt think there was a way to scroll on the map page, but i guess if people play super zoomed in or on a smaller monitor, it would be an issue, i will fix it later

Yup, all working fine now although I did have to change my tax rate on one town to test the resource upkeep one - luckily it says I have almost a year to sort the problem out Tongue

new tool: pres build stats

displays statistics on incoming res during pres
builds click the PBS button on the movements screen to bring it up
lotto button picks a random sender from the list, weighted by res sent
thank button generates a thankyou message and copies it to clipboard

Sure and thank you anyway ..

When you go at the army menu and you want to asinng troops at the division you need to whrite the number of troops ...there are many times that you want to put them ALL IN . So a buton with "all in "

Extra : And even beter an extra button that you can preset dyyourself (player not you) the number of troops in the division ...so EX. pre set divisions need to have 150  curent delivisin return from hunting and lost 43 troops by pressing that button it culcolate how many troops need to reach ppl amount set 

Similar buton and for diplos

new feature: occupation time presets
adds configurable presets to the army occupation time screen
good for setting times for sov armies or hunting army reinforcements
to save a preset, click the SAVE button green, then click any number

making one more step ... what about out of the towns menu a button 
that set the acount at "SOV mode" when SOV mode is on by just cliking at a map spot it leads you (without any other click) a the army order menu with pre-set the occoupy ( no need to roll down or press O to find it )

similar with hunting can be done


the point is 1 ) you do not click from the map menu the send amry (-1 click)
2) you do not choose kind of order & time (-1 click -2 rolldown list)

I think this feature would be at or over the limit what is allowed (see http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/rules-regarding-third-party-tools_topic756.html" rel="nofollow - http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/rules-regarding-third-party-tools_topic756.html ) - depending on the definition of action (is skipping steps in the process of sending armies considered an action?). 

Before implementing it i would get the feedback of the devs first wether this is allowed or no.

Maybe Tens has more knowledge about this.

reading the rules, its things which submit ingame actions such as sending the army which are against the rules. opening up the interface and autofilling it with numbers should be ok, as long as the player is still the one initiating the interface and autofilling and initiating the army send with their own clicks

I asked for clarification when I wrote my max button tool (and this does no more than that) and was told pretty much what Bazoon said. The tool does not attempt to directly either get or send information/actions to/from the server. It's good however that folks are paying attention to the rules.

NEW UPDATES!!!

-updated occupation time presets tool to work with blockades and sieges along with occupation
-new tool: magic pinning

allows you to pin spells to the top of the magic casting page for easier access
green PIN = click a spell to add or remove it from the pinned list



known issues (wont fix): removing a spell from your pinned list wont put it back in the lower lists without refreshing the page (as seen in the gif)

gives you information about your outgoing siege/blockades, including the landing square and how long you set the occupy for.
this tool relies on town names and army names, so make sure you do not have any towns which are the same name or armies which are the same name within the same town or the tool might break. data is only stored on your pc.
formatting might be a bit weird in some cases but had to do it that way to give room for the "recall" button

NEW!!!!!! : sov display

adds 4 modes of sov display to the world map
the tool works at any zoom level but becomes unreadable at high zoom
the values for gold/research depend on the square the map is centered on
if you encounter any NaN/missing value, zoom in and out
1. food, shows the food value of the square at a glance
2. gold, shows the gold/hour generated at a square, adjust sov and tax input
3. research, shows the research/hour to claim the level of sov at this square
4. bonus, shows the sov production bonuses any squares can have

Baz, it's awesome. You just changed searching for towns spots and made it so much easier. No more hovering over each square to see the bonus and trying to remember them all. Thank you!

new feature on sov display:

ratio, shows the ratio of food vs distance. good for visualizing the most efficient food vs distance cost. with this and the gold feature you should be able to very well see where the best tiles are for your gold farming / pop raising needs.



here in this example you can see that i would have been better off claiming that dolmen as opposed to even one of the town-adjacent corner tiles, if what i was going for was gold or pop at this town.

town dropdown rework update:

towns with <48h in gold will now be highlighted in red. i found the original yellow exclamation mark to be easily missed when looking at a large list of town.

now there is no excuse for letting your troops die to gold burn

Bazoon, I just stumbled on this as I was catching up on the forums. Thanks so much. One of the most annoying things when going through my cities is looking to see what buildings are maxed, which ones I was demo'ing for research ect. Prior to this I would go to the castle demolish screen to see all the buildings in their respective cities. This is a fantastic addition

Hey Bazoon, any chance you can add a plugin that sets the default number of diplos to send to be 1? Perhaps coded in such a way that the default number can be adjusted above 1?

On the BazoonTown troop effectiveness chart is the unit cost based on the raw basics put into the weapons or the market price?

On market price with 50/30/20 cav/inf/bow defence weighting Halbs are the cheapest spear unit which looks pretty similar to the calculator in either case

The research upkeep timer is mint
