	Of course everyone knows Rill! She posts 6000 times a day in gc--often just the reference you needed most, she sends the most newbie caravans (to me anyway) and she answers your questions. You would have to be bound and determined to ignore chat to escape knowing who she is. Well, maybe some peeps join an alliance their first minute in Illy and only use alliance chat. That would be a loss!
