Very cool read! I've also DM-ed quite a bit. Though not as long as Scott obviously. I would have had to start before I was born.

Congratulations, well deserved. ScottFitz epitomizes the best qualities of an Illy veteran. He knows pretty much everything and is willing to share his insights generously without being the least overbearing or cocky. We are lucky to have him in Illy.
Oh dear, do I sound like an author blurbing another author's book? It's impossible to say too many good things about the guy.

Some kind of etymological confusion perhaps?
Noun
1. heterodoxy - any opinions or doctrines at variance with the official or orthodox position
2. heterodoxy - the quality of being unorthodox
If that is what you really meant then I am genuinely concerned - if arguably the most influential player in the largest conglomerate in Illy hates everyone who decides they would prefer not to conform.
