Yso Sris, I'm pretty sure Navies have already been mentioned by the GM's for the future. I think what you are lacking in, is patience. You cant just magically poof up navies, waterways, pirates, etc.. It is a complex thing to do and it takes time and effort, since there are bigger things the devs are planning to release it may take awhile. Patience is key.............

On board with the pirates and navies...don't know about the ninjas though. Though changed based on the factions backrounds in their areas would be refreshing. I.e. certain players who are in a spot might get certain specialty soldiers not available to others even of the same race. Food for thought.
