If you destroy their city it just goes somewhere else  and can still get in the way. Eliminating them would free up map space.

Maybe there could be a built in check. If a user only has a single city AND that city has been relocated AND it has had zero population for x number of months, it just disappears.

Maybe if you guys didn't build your cities next to NPC then you wouldn't of had this problem.

I wanted to eliminate one, but couldn't, because I was afraid it might spark another 27 page thread about how H? is picking on people...

i know kumomoto we don't need another long one like that.
In my opinion though your is a good alliance and it shouldn't be complianed about as much.
