   I'd suggest disabling all your addons one by one. There is a posibility that they may be interfering with it.

	If you are having this issue, please do as some have suggested and try a brand new browser that you normally do not use. Just google Illy, sign in and then try. Do not disable popups. You can even buy from PayPal without an account. And it will also tell you how much you are going to pay, in local currency, before you check out. If the popup still does not work, send in as many details as you can in a petition. Browser type, OS, etc etc etc... as much as possible! :) Thanks all! GMR

	Paypal no longer works in Windows 8/10 apps; we are migrating to the Microsoft Store payment system.
