It's a chance to use their armies that have been sitting back waiting for another tourny. Theres a lack of ability to use armies unless its for a crusade, then everyone can join in.

Squill, shouldn't you rephrase it like "Valar admitted Spirit whilst he was in war with Lorre" ? Those are two different things.
