lmao. Funny post, Creat!
Although, as we've debated before, I believe there are serious benefits to the Orcish ability to mass produce rapid vast armies of good spearmen in certain circumstances. And the dwarves not only have the best siege engines, but also have the best troops for assaulting forest, mountain, and building terrains (quite commonly where defenders lurk)...
Dwarves and Orcs also have some diplo advantages...

From a more practical perspective: It's likely the artwork chose Elves and Humans since they are the most popular choice for players. As such they likely also present the broadest marketing appeal.

No (regarding Dwarves), because we're intelligent enough to use stilts, of all kinds, when necessary.

Yep, dwarves have great saboteurs (which are 100% useless currently for
any player with an account older than 1 month) and Orcs have great
thieves (also a relatively useless diplo - very easy for a player to
protect themselves 100% against theives just by moving resources around
between cities (or over to a second account or an ally if they are
subject to a sustained theivery attempt.)
The only useful diplos for well developed players are spies, scouts and assassins - which elves/humans have the best of. But here ends my usual grumbling - this is supposed to be a light-hearted thread after all. ^^ @Babbens: Perhaps the Dwarves were just a little short on stilts that day. Besides - dwarves are a little too stunted for stunts. ;)

Yes, so true! Some of us never got the hang of it, and are constanty tripping over and banging their heads... but they make great stone crushers.
