The rest, General Orc lore puts Ogres, Orcs, Goblins, Snotlings as the Race Greenskins

Kobolds - are not generally part of the greenskin species in other fantasy games and codes. I think they usally are equated with rats.

i feel the most important changes would be Clan Guardsmen and Clanguard

Also Fist and Fang being extremely lazy names

I do find the Orc unit names to be the least descriptive/informative terms.  As Calico_Jack points out, what are names like Fist or Fang even supposed to be in terms of unit type?  Given the two, how would you guess which represents a T2 unit?  Who would guess that a Clanguard is ranged and not spear or even infantry?

There's no mistaking a Trueshot as a ranged unit, or a Swiftsteed as mounted--even clearly T1 in that case--or Man-at-Arms, or Knight, or Runerider, or Phalanx...  In many cases it's even easy to guess what tier the unit is in.

I admit clangaurd/clangaurdsmen confused me too as a new player for ages, altho I guess i'm just used to it now.

edit: although the unit images make it pretty obvious now

I think fangs should be called "Ocish Longteeth," and fists "bonecrushers."

According to GM Stormcrow, "Bonemongers" are skeleton siege units.  Or he might have been joking.  But if he wasn't, this could cause some confusion.
