You've been here all of two months? Or are you an alt of someone else? Do you know any history about the game, did you even read my post?
Maybe the newer players need a history lesson because H protected the very first training alliance formed to teach the game to new players. I was the Founder of Toothless, the first training alliance in this game. Many of the leaders of the Coalition (Dlords and TD among others) supported the protection of new players as did others alliances like Crows. We all saw the benefit to the game in protecting new players so they stayed and played rather than leave because they couldn't grow. The fact remains, new players like you are not attacked with military or diplo units now because of position that many of us took early in the game. Most of the big alliances refuse to attack legitimate training alliances because we fought (yes we had to fight bullies, including one alliance) to protect new players. I'm going to suggest if anyone is being arrogant (and insulting), it is you. You waltz into this game and start passing judgment on those that helped to form the culture that is enjoyed by you today. You do not represent new players, Teets, it is arrogant to suggest so. Do you have any idea how many large players help new players in this game everyday? Anyway I digress.... H and the Coalition alliances have never sought to eliminate any alliance and we don't seek to eliminate EE. War costs our players (thank you Deranzin for posting the analysis). It is our option. as victors, to seek restitution for our members.

First of all I wasn't bragging either, I just pointed out that even for insignificant players like me the monetary and military casualties were quite a sum, but that didn't diminish either the fun I had or the prosperity of my cities in the game. Such things are only in our mind. I also wanted to present a practical example of actual losses to adress all those people crying about "unreasonable" terms and I have only my numbers available. And second of all, read Anjire's post. I have not seen anyone being targetted unjustly in any of our operations, so really I cannot believe that you became a target out of the blue and without any reason.

Quick search of our records: You may want to talk with your sitter then. Forces from your city Honeysuckle were used vs. Asfodelius. I will also add, that in this quick search: It was more than just intercepted caravans from CE. Members from CE attacked one of our siege squares.

Yes, I just waltzed into a public game and a public forum and expressed my opinion of what I see. Because it doesn't conform to your idea of whats going on, you choose to belittle me or anyone else here who's opinion disagrees with yours. You may get others here to bow before you keyboard kingdom, but you won't stop my from expressing my thoughts and opinions, even if you siege me out of the game next.

How amusing ... your arrogance is so huge that it will soon overflow out of your ears  ... plus you once again didn't understand what you are replying to ...  I didn't say that "public opinion has no bearing" ... I said that gossip and idle chatter is not the same as public opinion and that no serious person is affected by people that are gullible enough to fall pray to simple gossip. |

No one has threatened you Teets, you remind me of another Drama Queen in this game. :) If you want to post your opinion, no one is disputing your right to do so, just remember, if you haven't done your homework, you may get called on it. :)

Some of my members are equally passionate but not as thick skinned as me. Please feel free to do so with impunity, my members welfare are more important than my perceived standing in the community.

Starry, when did I ever say I was threatened? Both of your opinions on this differ from mine. I tried to inform you as to what I and other new players think about the current situation in an open and friendly manner, please see my first post on this topic. Members of h have replied that I "don't know what I'm talking about", I've "only been here two months and don't have a clue", and that I'm a "drama queen". Like you have a better handle on what us new players are talking about or what our opinions are. Your responses to my posts show me that only do you not have a clue about what our opinions are but frankly you don't give a damn. Why else would my attempt to communicate to you what I see and hear be met with such hostilities? Anyways I can only quote from one of my professors, I can share what I know with you, what you do with that knowledge is up to you. |

This is good to know, but why do you feel inclined to say it out loud .?. Shouldn't that have been a given .?. In any case, to lighten things up, it is such a shame that such proclamations cannot be accompanied by music, like in TV  . For example look at what they actually did in Cyprus with their president's announcement of the recent deal : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRBk-VFn-ek You do not need to understand the early comments (they are just saying that this is a world first to actually put music behind the president), just watch ... the first footage is the actual music that was put under the speech ... the other three (drama - lounge - tsifteteli) where humoristic suggestions by the show.
