It is with deepest regrets that we here at TLR are closing down OfBP.  The recruitment game here is tough and it was decided that to aid OfBP members better would be to incorporate them into TLR, where inter-member communication is high, where the OfBP members can truly feel as though they belong to a close knit group, instead of being in 6 man alliance with hardly anyone on, when they are on.

Though take heed, OfBP will return, when times are better, when the roads are flourishing with traveling blacksmiths and Pictish traders, the Paths will be rebuilt.

in what context do you mean by "militant alliance" for example, will you openly war with another alliance for the resources/land/gold that can be drawn from it? Or will you be an openly aggressive alliance who will respond to threats by actions? Please elaborate?

Hello,

Off the Beaten Path is a militant focused alliance that is led by experienced players of the illyriad community, don't let our size fool you. This alliance is a human only alliance however, if you are not a human but wish to join an alliance similar to Off the Beaten Path, consider The Long Road, our sister alliance. 

Off the Beaten Path does not require it's members to move from their locations to a set spot in the map, though we are placing ourselves in the western area of Ursor. We are keeping friendly relations with all neighbors that we encounter and are respecting a 10 sq minimum approach to third party cities.


We here highly encourage resource work, while that may not appear to be different from other alliances, the leadership of OtBP encourages members to try to hit at least 1,000 per hour average for the four building resources before starting other work in your cities.  We will ship resources out when we can to members, although we do not appreciate constant begging within our member base, we do expect you to do your share of the work.

If anyone wishes to join Off the Beaten Path, please message the in-game profiles of Wilberforce or Subatoi, reply in here with your in game name(please no joke replies) or message my forum account.  Please remember that you must be a Human to join.
